A large Finnish-style sauna and ice baths at various temperatures, plus a full analog lounge and listening room with complimentary hot beverages as well as cold beverages available for purchase.

Yes, and we welcome it. Use the lounge to socialize, relax, recover, listen to music, work, be creative, and simply be yourself.

The sauna ranges from about ~160°F to ~190°F (71°C to 87°C), and we currently have two ice baths that range from ~60°F to ~38°F (15°C to 3°C).

As long as you're comfortable, the Ever Sky experience is not a contest. A simple guide: about 10 minutes in the sauna, 1–3 minutes in the ice baths, and a few minutes of rest to hydrate and relax.

Please keep technology out of the bathhouse area, mainly for privacy. You're more than welcome to use it in the lounge.

Yes. Ever Sky hosts a women-only bathhouse session every Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. During this session, access to the sauna, cold tubs, changing areas, and bathhouse is reserved for women. A male staff member may be present at the front desk, but he will not enter or have access to the bathhouse during the session.

Some form of attire is required. We recommend a swimsuit, or shorts and a tank top. Outdoor footwear is not allowed in our bathhouse.

A little of everything. We stay open-minded. We lean toward albums (recommendations always welcome). Quiet in the mornings, relaxed through the day, and maybe more energetic in the evenings. It's never our intention to offend anyone, but some of what we play may not be for everyone.

After purchasing a Friend Session, first complete the booking process for yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, repeat the process to book your friend separately.
